This is probably one of the top 10 responses for anyone under the age of… 20, to say to their parents.
Do I have to eat broccoli?
Do I have to wear that?
Do I have to do my homework (maybe I’ll feed it to the dog…)?
You probably get my point.
But most of the time, our parents are only thinking of what is good for us!
You see, I have been meaning to work out for a long time, but haven’t done it. My Mom keeps telling me that I need to, but still, I don’t!
I finally did it, and I congratulate my Mom for pushing me. (Thanks, Mom!)
First thing I have to say about it: please drink lots of water… and eat afterward! My wonderful, amazing Mother was so kind to bring me a plate of protein filled foods afterward: apples; grapes, and almonds.
In conclusion, make sure you get your workout time in, and keep your body healthy!
